1. How AI is used
Atlas Recruit uses artificial intelligence to read CVs/résumés against a job description and produce a fit score, a short assessment, flagged gaps, and draft outreach messages. The AI generates recommendations only — it ranks and summarises candidates to help recruiters work faster.
2. AI does not make decisions
- The system does not make hiring decisions and performs no automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects on candidates.
- All outputs are recommendations that must be reviewed by a human.
- The final hiring decision rests solely with the customer (the recruiter or employer), who is responsible for it.
3. Results may contain errors
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. Scores and summaries are estimates, not facts. Customers should verify results, apply their own judgement, and not rely on the AI as the sole basis for any decision affecting a candidate.
4. Transparency to candidates
Where required by law, customers should inform candidates that AI assists in reviewing applications. Atlas Recruit acts as a processor on the customer's instructions; the customer remains the controller of candidate data.
5. Human oversight & fairness
We design the Service to keep a human in the loop. Customers are responsible for using the Service lawfully and fairly, including compliance with anti-discrimination and employment law and, where applicable, the EU AI Act.
